--- Day 12: Soaring soup sleighs ---
After carefully analysing the program, you think you've finally found the answer.
"Excellent! Now let's see what happens," she exclaims. You start the program and brace yourself, ready for next issue -- but the printer under the terminal whirrs to life almost immediately, producing about a dozen packing plans. A quick inspection using the package plan checker you wrote earlier reveals that these packings are almost perfect -- easily good enough to get the soup out on time.
Patch snatches up the plans, and after a brief consultation with the head packing elf, they both spring into action. Teams of elves zip between stations with precision, their movements an elaborate dance, punctuated by cheerful chatter.
By the evening, the last of the soup jars had been loaded onto the sleighs. The elves cheered as the fleet soared into the sky, each destined for villages in need -- some recovering from disaster, others battered by hunger. The workshop felt lighter somehow, the idle hum of the workshop machinery seeming almost joyful now that the critical deliveries were finally underway.
Patch clapped you on the shoulder. "You did it. All of it! The soup is on its way, and the North Pole Red Cross can finally rest easy knowing everyone who needs it will get it."
The head packing elf nodded, a rare smile breaking across his usually serious face. "I suppose some thanks is in order. Without that fix, we might still be trying to get those jars out the door."
You take a deep breath and allow yourself a moment to relax, but Patch's eyes glitter with a hint of mischief. "Of course," she says, "we couldn't let you leave without one last challenge. A puzzle for the journey back, since you seem to enjoy them so much!"
She gestures toward a table with a SnowSlate(TM) on it -- the standard issue North Pole tablet. "We encoded a message for you. Don't worry, you can take as long as you want -- it's just a bit of fun to test your skills as you head home. Think of it as practice for the next year."
"Next year??"
"Well, I mean, if any problems were to suddenly surface themselves here, I'm sure you'd be interested, right? Actually, don't answer; I've already told Santa."
Before you can answer anyway, she exclaims, "Oh! I almost forgot -- inventory check at the supply shed! Can't be late!" and darts off, leaving you holding the puzzle. You take it with you back to the hotel, curious to figure it out.
Using the video, can you solve the puzzle?
Hint: OpenCV provides a method to jump to an arbitrary frame in a VideoCapture.
